The role combines customer relations, accurate order administration and coordination of plant operations. It is an active position, not exclusively office-based.
Main responsibilities
- receiving customers, accepting and handing over orders,
- monitoring committed deadlines,
- accurate recording of relevant data in enterprise systems,
- daily coordination with plant managers,
- handling customer needs and feedback,
- organizing and supporting the residential textile-cleaning colleague’s work,
- when needed, helping with simpler plant tasks such as folding, packing or manual ironing.
Who we are looking for
- several years of relevant customer-service or customer-relations experience,
- professional communication and confident handling of complaints,
- strong coordination skills,
- confident computer use and precise administration,
- independence, initiative and adherence to procedures,
- conversational English and/or German.
