How does digital tracking help?
Automatic identification in textile circulation
The 2025–2026 development project includes an RFID tunnel with Ethernet connectivity. Its goal is to speed up and automate identification, inventory management and handovers for larger item volumes.
Important distinction: digital tracking does not automatically mean every textile is RFID-tagged.
Current enterprise item tracking and RFID-based automatic identification are two different levels. A partner’s specific RFID solution depends on textile type, quantity, taggability and currently available technology.
