Enterprise Systems / OLTI-KFT

Olti-Kft Enterprise Suite

A browser-based enterprise platform designed for industrial laundry operations. The current v6.2.9 system base connects central data handling, ERP2 container intake, MES production tracking, SLA, maintenance, workforce and profitability in one operating environment.

BUSINESS

Business impact

What operational or market value can this project create?
Business challenge

The challenge

When partner data, weights, orders, production status, SLA deadlines, machine faults, workforce and cost data live separately, manual reconciliation and late detection of operational risk increase. Management needs one reliable shared operational data source.

Business goal

The goal

Create one traceable digital process from incoming container to delivery that reduces manual administration, makes production and SLA risk visible, links machine and maintenance data and supports cost/margin-based management decisions.

01

Less manual intake administration and fewer data-entry errors

02

Better visibility into production status, bottlenecks and deadlines

03

Connected SLA, maintenance and cost information for management decisions

04

Foundation for partner-level cost and profitability analysis

AUDIENCE

Who is it for?

Industrial and service laundries

Plant managers, production coordinators and customer service teams

Owners and managers needing central operational insight

My role

Project owner, mapping laundry business and operational workflows, v6.2.9 system structure and ERP2 workflow logic, central data model, MES, UI, module integration and server operating concept.

Value-driving capabilities
  • Mosodai Control Center for management KPIs, active orders, production, SLA risk, machine condition and maintenance overview
  • Kapocs for central customer, partner, contract and relationship data
  • Gépház for machines, technical states, energy/performance data and maintenance relationships
  • Iroda for HR, attendance, working time, employee administration and office workflows in a unified dark interface
  • Őrszem for alerts, monitoring, operational events, reports and management control
  • Adatmag for central data/control logic in one combined menu without a separate controller selector
  • ERP2 container intake with unique container ID, barcode, customer verification, tare deduction, automatic net-weight writeback to the order, promised day and one-step Enter-driven workflow
  • Production / MES with workstations, tasks, generator, WIP, capacity and delay tracking
  • Contracts / SLA with commitments, automatic deadlines and continuous service-level monitoring
  • CMMS / maintenance plus spare-parts inventory with planned/ad-hoc tasks, machine state and stock relationships
  • Additional operational areas: RABC/hygiene, route/GPS, cost/margin and employee performance
  • Browser access through an Ubuntu VM under Windows Server / Hyper-V, including port-free IP access
