Current focusUsing the editorial queue to methodically review real data, sources, images and HU/EN/DE content at a pace of 5–10 profiles per day.
Business challenge

Animal-care information is often fragmented, uneven in quality and difficult to compare. Families choosing an animal, experienced owners and livestock users need different information, while sources, images and translations also require continuous verification.

Business goal

Build a scalable and trustworthy animal platform that supports users from choosing the right animal through everyday care while keeping more than one thousand profiles reliable through structured editorial quality assurance.

My role

Product concept, system and information architecture, WordPress implementation, Dark Social UX, multilingual content model, decision-support features and the v6.9 Editorial Center quality-assurance workflow.

Value-driving capabilities
  • 1,135 animal profiles in 13 categories with 48 livestock entries handled separately
  • Dark Social interface using charcoal/deep blue-gray surfaces, petrol/teal and blue accents, plus a distinct amber/gold livestock treatment
  • Search, filtering, comparison and a “Which animal fits me?” decision-support journey
  • Cost calculator and readiness checker for realistic pre-adoption planning
  • Veterinarian search, legal and travel information, compatibility guidance and toxic food/plant data
  • HU / EN / DE content model with Hungarian as the default language
  • Editorial Center with a daily queue of 5–10 profiles and a 0–100% quality score
  • Quality assurance with at least 3 sources, image/legal checks, HU/EN/DE consistency and 6/12/24-month re-verification cycles

Current focusTurning the academic journey, communication, knowledge repository and personalized learning/administrative capabilities into one consistent platform experience.
Business challenge

School and higher-education data, communication, learning resources and administrative cases often live in separate systems. This creates repeated data entry, fragmented experiences and a harder-to-follow education journey.

Business goal

Create one platform that can eventually provide a common digital layer for school-management and higher-education study processes while also adding communication, knowledge sharing and personalized learning support.

My role

Project owner, product concept, system architecture, roles and workflows, institution registry, communication model, National Knowledge Repository, personalized-learning logic and long-term platform strategy.

Value-driving capabilities
  • One digital education journey from kindergarten through higher education with shared institutional and academic data logic
  • National institution registry covering kindergartens, schools and higher education with institution/site identifiers and regional/type filtering logic
  • Role-based operation for pupils, students, educators, lecturers, parents and institutional users
  • Internal mail, instant messaging, groups and rooms plus educator–student workspaces
  • National Knowledge Repository with books, notes and studies, plus integration concepts for Mindentudás Egyeteme 2.0 and Nettanár content
  • Intelligent course enrollment, personalized learning paths and a learning assistant
  • Automatic practice assessment, analytics and early-warning signals for learning risks
  • Higher-education administration for scholarships, dormitories, theses, final exams and case-status tracking
  • Dark Facebook-style mobile-friendly central interface connecting academic and community functions

Laundry ERP v6.2.9 base + ERP2 workflow development

Olti-Kft Enterprise Suite

v6.2.9 running system base • ERP2 intake and production development

A browser-based enterprise platform designed for industrial laundry operations. The current v6.2.9 system base connects central data handling, ERP2 container intake, MES production tracking, SLA, maintenance, workforce and profitability in one operating environment.

Current focusRefining the one-step ERP2 container-intake workflow and MES/SLA/CMMS integration while stabilizing v6.2.9 and fixing external-integration gaps step by step.
Business challenge

When partner data, weights, orders, production status, SLA deadlines, machine faults, workforce and cost data live separately, manual reconciliation and late detection of operational risk increase. Management needs one reliable shared operational data source.

Business goal

Create one traceable digital process from incoming container to delivery that reduces manual administration, makes production and SLA risk visible, links machine and maintenance data and supports cost/margin-based management decisions.

My role

Project owner, mapping laundry business and operational workflows, v6.2.9 system structure and ERP2 workflow logic, central data model, MES, UI, module integration and server operating concept.

Value-driving capabilities
  • Mosodai Control Center for management KPIs, active orders, production, SLA risk, machine condition and maintenance overview
  • Kapocs for central customer, partner, contract and relationship data
  • Gépház for machines, technical states, energy/performance data and maintenance relationships
  • Iroda for HR, attendance, working time, employee administration and office workflows in a unified dark interface
  • Őrszem for alerts, monitoring, operational events, reports and management control
  • Adatmag for central data/control logic in one combined menu without a separate controller selector
  • ERP2 container intake with unique container ID, barcode, customer verification, tare deduction, automatic net-weight writeback to the order, promised day and one-step Enter-driven workflow
  • Production / MES with workstations, tasks, generator, WIP, capacity and delay tracking
  • Contracts / SLA with commitments, automatic deadlines and continuous service-level monitoring
  • CMMS / maintenance plus spare-parts inventory with planned/ad-hoc tasks, machine state and stock relationships
  • Additional operational areas: RABC/hygiene, route/GPS, cost/margin and employee performance
  • Browser access through an Ubuntu VM under Windows Server / Hyper-V, including port-free IP access
